Our Unique new Platinum Coverage Plan is designed specifically for custom integrators. Many custom installation jobs entail a large, varied assortment of products and technologies. No single product warranty is suitable to cover these jobs—Platinum Protection is needed. Program costs are based on a percentage (%) of the total sale which includes the cost of installation labor and wiring. This Plan includes reimbursement to you to cover the cost of on-site diagnosis and/or immediate repair of a problem, the trip charge, labor associated with removal of a failed product and shipment/delivery to a repair source. The coverage program also includes reimbursement to cover the cost of on-site service to reinstall products after they have been repaired, and up to $125 for any reprogramming services required for "remote" control units. (Coverage does not include any projector or rear projection TV bulb replacement.)
